Especially when it's your first time building or renovating. It’s hard to know where to start and who to engage with.

It’s common to feel overwhelmed with all the aspects that need to be considered such as architectural and interior design, land excavation and accessibility, government applications and approvals, budgets, timelines, and various other subcontractors.

During this discovery process, companies will often give you tenders with wildly different costs, contradictory advice, and rigid, inflexible timelines and schedules that all too often exceed what had been allocated without clarity.

SpiritBuild values communication and transparency

We utilise digital tools such as BuilderTrend, which not only allows us to manage the projects internally, but provides an app portal for you to receive daily logs and updates with photos, submit variation requests, and track timelines and budgets, all in real time.
